Another Free Shoe Opportunity

New Balance
New Balance is a company that offers shoe testing to a jr. group and adult group.
Requirements

Adult Testers
For applicants wearing adult size shoes - men's 7-18 / women's 6-13. If the applicant is younger than 18 years old, a legal guardian must participate in the application process and sign the Tester Agreement.
Got a sense of adventure, a passion for a sport or activity, a willingness to use prototype products, and the ability to provide constructive written feedback? You may be qualified to test our products! Consider becoming a tester if you meet the following requirements:
•You have internet access and a valid e-mail address; each adult applicant must have their own unique e-mail address;
•You can read and write in the English language;
•You are a resident of the United States;
•You are at least 18 years old;
•You are under 18 years old but wear adult size shoes - your legal guardian must be willing to allow you to wear prototype products and agrees to assist you in the testing process as necessary; and the guardian must complete the guardian portion of the application and 'sign' the Tester Agreement on your behalf;
•You know your footwear (Brannock scale) and/or apparel sizes;
•You are willing to test prototype products in activity-appropriate ways;
•You can provide detailed feedback within specified deadlines;
•You can provide and regularly update personal information;
•You are willing to follow specific test instructions;
•You agree to return test products at the end of the test period;
•You agree to adhere to the Wear Test terms and conditions; and
•You are willing to take the program seriously.
Junior Testers
For applicants wearing footwear between Infant size 3 and Grade School size 6. Designed for children testers, but open to adults with smaller feet as well.
New Balance offers an extensive product line just for kids. Younger testers are always needed to evaluate our products, and the only requirement we have of kid testers is that they have fun; however, legal guardians of minor applicants must meet the following requirements:
•You have internet access and a valid e-mail address;
•You can read and write in the English language;
•You are a resident of the United States;
•You are willing to let your minor child wear protoype products;
•You can provide and regularly update personal information for you and your child;
•You are willing to encourage your child to wear the test products as often as possible;
•You are willing to help determine if the test products fit and perform properly;
•You can assist with the feedback submission process;
•You are willing to follow specific test instructions;
•You agree to return test products at the end of the test period; and
•You are a legal guardian of the applicant and agree to the Wear Test terms and conditions on behalf of the applicant.
•Adult Testers with small feet: you are welcome and encouraged to participate in the Junior testing program, but please be aware that the application process is designed around parents/guardians and their minor children, and thus the questions often won't be directly relevant to your situation. Answer the questions in the most logical way possible. For Birth Date, select the oldest option.

I plan on applying for this opportunity.  If you do, let us know how it goes!
