Fiber helps satisfy your hunger so it´s easier to eat less and lose weight without feeling as hungry. One serving of Fiber One Original cereal provides more than half (57%) of the Daily Value of fiber.
Fiber One Original cereal is a tasty way to start your morning on the right track with 0 grams of sugar, 14 grams of fiber, 60 calories and 1 gram of fat per serving.
I recently was given the opportunity to try out a Fiber One "Help Take the Hunger out of Dieting" prize pack that included Fiber One Original cereal, a cereal-on-the-go container, food scale, water bottle and notepad for tracking what I eat.
Well, homeschoolers are famous for turning anything into a teachable moment so we weighed all kinds of stuff around the table uncluding their bowls before and after adding cereal and milk.
Math in the morning!!!

(We love water! Believe it or not, the day before our Fiber One package arrived, I just wished in my mind for a thermos to put my delicious Silk Almond Milk in to take with me on trips! Thank you Lord for this gift!)

ReplyDeleteCraziest diet? I haven't done anything too crazy. One thing we did when I was in high school had us making sure not to combine foods wrong... not that I can remember any details, but breakfast was fruit only, and then you had to be uber-picky about grains and proteins and all. And milk. Could only have milk with certain other stuff. It was miserable.

The craziest diet I ever tried was fasting on liquids only when I was an image-obsessed teenager -- I was always starving!
