Best healthy snack advise is to keep cut up fresh vegetables in containers in the fridge. My children and I love to eat them dipped in peanut butter or just plain.

ReplyDeleteMy best healthy snack advice is don't be afraid to try new things. One of my kids absolutely LOVES jicama, which I never would have thought to give them, and they all are nuts about kiwi and starfruit. You never know if they will like things until you let them try them.
