What Am I? by All About Reading: A Review

Several months ago, I reviewed a book sent to me by All About Spelling called The Beehive Reader , (The title was recently changed to Cobweb the Cat). Redd loved this book because it looks and feels like the books Dixie and I read. Plus it was divided into chapters so that made it even more official.  So he was even more excited to get What Am I? in the mail with a lot more words and longer chapters!

What Am I?  is a collection of short stories priced at $19.95 as part of the All About Reading collection that correlates with the word lists taught in the All About Spelling program. What Am I? is a beautifully illustrated, 160 page hardcover book that will delight you and your child.
Here are a few examples of the stories you will encounter:
…a boy visits an elf in the Alps
…a broken robot throws figs
…and much more!

…a family of skunks moves into the shed

…a smelly musk ox goes for a swim

…a bunch of snakes escape their cages

You can read one of the stories above about the musk ox here!
The reader can be used independently of the All About Spelling program or to correlate 100% with Steps 1-14 of All About Spelling Level 2.
